01 Introduction & Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the registered user, hereinafter "the Player") and 777dt Casino (hereinafter "777dt", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). 02 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on 777dt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777dt strictly enforces age verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned to the deposit source, and any winnings or bonuses will be forfeited.

03 Account Management

Each player is permitted to maintain one (1) active account on 777dt at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different email addresses, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 777dt login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility.

• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 777dt support immediately at [email protected].

• You are responsible for ensuring that your account information remains current and accurate. Changes to your name, email address, or payment details must be verified by the 777dt compliance team before taking effect.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. 777dt will notify you before any dormancy fees are applied in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

777dt processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast instant payments. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits are credited to your 777dt account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. 777dt does not impose internal processing fees on standard PKR deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 777dt accepts no responsibility.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the 777dt Cashier page and may be updated periodically.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, as a standard anti-fraud measure.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover multiplier has been completed in full.

• 777dt's decision on all bonus-related disputes is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 14 of these Terms.

06 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 777dt platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts simultaneously or sequentially.
• Colluding with other players, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or using any strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Using the 777dt platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes through third-party payment providers without first contacting 777dt support to attempt resolution.
• Reverse engineering, copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the 777dt platform, software, or content without explicit written permission.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777dt support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the 777dt platform through VPN, proxy services, or other methods designed to mask your true geographic location or identity.

08 Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the 777dt platform — including but not limited to the 777dt brand name, logo, graphic designs, game interfaces, software, written content, promotional materials, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777dt or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777dt platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, republish, download, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use 777dt content in any way beyond normal personal gameplay.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777dt, its directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the 777dt platform, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability asserted.

• 777dt provides the gaming platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• 777dt is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through normal gameplay. Gambling inherently involves risk and all wagers are made at the player's own discretion.

• In no event shall 777dt's aggregate liability to any player for any claim exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

777dt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• A player has provided false or misleading registration or verification information.
• A player is engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity in connection with the 777dt platform.
• Account activity has raised AML or financial crime concerns requiring further investigation.
• A player has initiated an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute.
• Regulatory requirements or a court order necessitates the suspension or closure of an account.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, 777dt will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate an outcome within 30 calendar days. During the investigation period, the account balance will be held in trust and no withdrawals will be processed.

You may close your own 777dt account at any time by contacting support. On voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your nominated payment method within 5 business days of identity re-verification.

12 Responsible Gaming Policy

777dt takes its duty of care to players very seriously. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity, but we recognise that for some individuals it can become harmful. 777dt provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are available to all registered players at no cost and without restriction:

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777dt holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 777dt platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 calendar days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable. You agree that any claim must be brought within 12 months of the event giving rise to the dispute; claims brought after this period are time-barred.
